Stop Loss Online Administration

The HM Insurance Group Stop Loss online administrative site is designed to provide you with convenient, self-service access for managing your business with us. The site is easy to navigate and is secure. Using our online services is a smarter way to do business — it’s a green alternative, and it gives you fast answers.

The Stop Loss administrative site provides claim history at the individual level. Different user access levels allow groups to uphold their privacy standards. As appropriate, protected health information (PHI) can be blocked from a user’s view, still providing the user the ability to track claim notices and claims by date and/or amount. Multiple Stop Loss claims are submitted to HM using our secure file submission site or other electronic means. The claim information is uploaded into our system and displayed on the administrative site, allowing you to easily view, sort and check the status of claim notices and claims.

Stop Loss contracts also are available through the system, providing easy access to the terms governing a group’s coverage. Producers can view all of their groups’ contracts and account information, as well as obtain commission information online.
