Secure File Submissions
TPAs with group billing accounts can submit enrollment and premium information to HM Insurance Group using our file transfer protocol (FTP) secure server. With three steps, the FTP process saves time for TPAs by providing a secure way to send information.
Creating a File
Files must be received in a comma-separated value (CSV) format. HM Insurance Group will provide a customized spreadsheet template and CSV format instructions to start the process.
Making Payments
TPAs using the file transfer server are required to make payments via a wire transfer.
Registration
To become a registered user of our file transfer system, complete the online File Transfer User Registration Form.
